Italian Beef Sandwiches

1. Italian Beef Sandwiches

1 yellow onion, sliced
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 green bell pepper, sliced
1 (2 pound) beef bottom round roast
1/2 cup Wildtree Sweet Onion Dressing
1 tablespoon Wildtree Italian Salad Dressing Mix
8 whole wheat ciabatta buns

Method of Preparation:
Add onions, peppers, bottom round, Sweet Onion Dressing, and Italian Salad Dressing Mix to slow cooker*. Cook on low for 6-8 hours. Shred beef and serve on whole wheat ciabatta buns.

*At this you can add all this to a freezer bag and freeze. When ready to prepare, simply thaw and add to slow cooker.

Vegetable Fajita Soup

2. Vegetable Fajita Soup

2 bell peppers, thinly sliced
1 yellow onion, thinly sliced
1 (15 ounce) can corn, drained
1 (14.5 ) ounce can diced tomatoes
1 chipotle pepper in adobo sauce, finely diced
2 teaspoons Wildtree Garlic & Herb Blend
1 tablespoon Wildtree Fajita Seasoning
4 cups vegetable broth, low sodium
(Optional: add meat of choice)

Method of Preparation:
Place all ingredients in a slow cooker. Cook on low for 4-6 hours. Serve
with shredded cheese and scallions of desired.

Sweet Balsamic Pork

3. Sweet Balsamic Pork

2.5 pound rib end pork roast
½ cup brown sugar
¼ cup Wildtree Apple Balsamic Vinegar
1 tablespoon light soy sauce
¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper
1 tablespoon Wildtree Garlic Galore Seasoning Blend
1 cup chicken stock

Method of Preparation:
Add the pork to a zip top freezer bag. Whisk together the brown sugar,
Apple Balsmaic Vinegar, soy sauce, crushed red pepper, and GarlicGalore. Pour into the bag with the pork. Remove air from bag and seal.
Use your hands to work the sauce all over the pork. Freeze if desired.

To cook:
Completely thaw contents of bag by transferring bag from freezer to
refrigerator. Empty contents of bag into a slow cooker. Add the chicken
stock. Cook on high, turning once in a while, for 6-8 hours or until the
pork is tender and shreds easily with a fork. Transfer pork to a bowl or
other working surface. Once cool enough to handle, shred the pork.
Return to the slow cooker and toss in the remaining liquid.

One Pot Pasta

4. One Pot Pasta

12 ounces linguini or other pasta
12 ounces cherry tomatoes, cut in half
1 onion, sliced thin
4 cloves of garlic, sliced thin
1 tablespoon Wildtree Smoked Mozzarella and Tomato Blend
4 1/2 cups water
2 sprigs of basil, torn

Method of Preparation:
Combine all ingredients in a large pot. Bring to a boil over high heat. Boil
until water evaporates, about 9 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent
pasta from clumping.

Wicked Good SC Meatballs

5. Wicked Good Slow Cooker Meatballs

1 pound lean ground beef
1 pound lean ground turkey
1 cup panko breadcrumbs
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup Wildtree Wicked Good Slow Cooker Sauce

Method of Preparation:
Combine ground beef, ground turkey, panko, and eggs. Shape into 1 inch
meatballs and place in a slow cooker. Pour Wicked Good Slow Cooker Sauce over the meatballs. Cook on high for 3 hours cooked through.
Remove cover and continue cooking for 1 hour more or until the sauce
has thicken slightly. Stir occasionally. Makes about 40 meatballs.

General Tso's Chicken

6. General Tso’s Chicken

¼ cup Wildtree Natural Grapeseed Oil
1 ½ cups cornstarch
2 egg whites
1 pound chicken breasts, cut into 1 inch cubes
½ cup Wildtree Outrageous Orange Sauce
Prepared rice
Chopped scallions, if desired

Method of Preparation:
Add ¼ cup Natural Grapeseed Oil to a small nonstick skillet; bring to medium heat. Whisk
together the egg whites in a bowl and add cornstarch to a second bowl.
Dip chicken pieces in egg white and then dip in cornstarch. Add coated
chicken pieces to the hot Natural Grapeseed Oil. Work in small batches
and fry on each side until they turn golden brown. Transfer cooked
chicken to a paper towel lined plate and repeat with remaining chicken.
Add the cooked chicken to a large nonstick skillet over medium heat.
Pour the Outrageous Orange Sauce all over the chicken and stir until all
the pieces are coated. Serve chicken with rice. Garnish with scallions if

Whiskey Stew

7. Whiskey Stew

1 tablespoon Wildtree Smoky Bacon Grapeseed Oil
1 ½ pound stew meat, cubed
¼ cup whiskey
4 cups beef broth, low sodium
2 tablespoons Wildtree Worcestershire Sauce
3 tablespoons Wildtree Sweet Onion Spread
1 pound red potatoes, cubed
3 carrots, peeled and chopped
1 cup frozen pearl onions

Method of Preparation:
Heat Smoky Bacon Grapeseed Oil in a large saucepan over medium high
heat. Add the beef and cook until browned on all sides, about 10
minutes. Add the whiskey and continue cooking until evaporated, about 5
minutes. Add the beef broth, Worcestershire Sauce, and Sweet Onion Spread.
Cover and simmer for 2 hours. Add the potatoes, carrots, and pearl
onions. Continue simmer for 45-60 minutes or until beef and vegetables
are tender.

Jerk Shrimp Taco

8. Jerk Shrimp Tacos (this one’s a wee bit on the spicy side)

4 cups shredded red cabbage
1 red bell pepper, diced
½ red onion, diced
½ cup diced pineapple
¼ cup cilantro
¼ cup light sour cream
¼ cup Wildtree Pineapple Jalapeno Jam
1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 tablespoon Wildtree Jamaican Jerk Seasoning
½ tablespoon Wildtree Natural Grapeseed Oil
12 (6-inch) corn tortilla (warmed if desired)

Method of Preparation:
Toss red cabbage, red bell pepper, red onion, pineapple, cilantro, sour
cream, and Pineapple Jalapeno Jam together until combined; set aside.
Pat shrimp dry with paper towels. Toss with Jamaican Jerk Seasoning.
Heat Natural Grapeseed Oil in a 10-inch nonstick skillet over
medium-high heat. Add shrimp ad sauté until completely cooked through.
Serve on corn tortillas with prepared slaw.

Baked Cod w Fiesta Salsa

9. Baked Cod with Fiesta Salsa

4 cod fillets
2 cups Wildtree Fiesta Salsa Mix, prepared
2 tablespoons Wildtree Hearty Spaghetti Sauce Blend
Black pepper to taste

Method of Preparation:
Preheat oven to 350°F and lightly grease a 9 x 9 inch baking dish. In a
small bowl, combine the prepared Fiesta Salsa Mix with the Hearty Spaghetti
Sauce Blend, stir until combined, and set aside. Lay cod in the baking
dish and season with pepper. Spoon salsa on top of the fish and bake for
10 minutes until cooked through; 140°F.

Ranch Chicken Chili

10. Ranch Chicken Chili

1 pound chicken breasts, boneless, skinless
1 (15 ounce) can black beans, drained and rinsed
1 (15 ounce) can white beans, drained and rinsed
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1 cup frozen corn
1 (10 ounce) can diced tomatoes with green chilies
1 tablespoon Wildtree Chipotle Lime Rub
1 bag Wildtree Creamy Ranch Dressing & Dip Mix
1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
1 cup chicken stock or broth
1 (8 ounce) package Neufchatel cheese

Method of Preparation:
Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the slow cooker. Top with
black beans, white beans, chopped onion, corn, diced tomatoes with
green chilies, Chipotle Lime Rub, Creamy Ranch Dressing & Dip Mix, and
chopped cilantro. Pour the chicken stock or broth over the
ingredients and place the Neufchatel cheese in the center of the slow
cooker. Cover and cook for 5 hours, stir in the cheese, and cook for 1
final hour. Remove the chicken, shred using two forks, and return to the
slow cooker. Mix the chili and serve over rice or with crusty bread.
